Established in 2014, the EMB is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering the development of Canada’s emerging start-up and small portfolio management firms. Its mission is to build a community of new portfolio managers that align with the needs of institutional investors.
EMB’s initiatives focus on raising awareness among asset allocators about the advantages of partnering with local talent. Their goal is to persuade Canadian Institutional asset allocators to allocate 1% of their AUM to these portfolio management firms.
